If you are unable to pay on-line you can always pay the security officer at the entrance to car park directly on the day of the event, however please note that entry to the car park will only be allowed on the basis that there are places available.

Your parking receipt will be sent to the email address provided in your order. You will need this to gain entrance to the car park so please bring this with you.

Your parking receipt will be emailed to you once your booking has been made and  payment has been received.

Our car park will open 3 Hours before the game and or event is to start and will close promptly 2 Hours after the final whistle is blown or once an event has ended.

Please note that in the unlikely event that you were unable to collect your vehicle before closing time then subject to availability you will need to contact our security department to request an officer to reopen the car park however this cannot be guaranteed. This may also be subject to an additional fee which will need to be paid beforehand.  If a security officer is not available for whatever reason then the car park will be open during normal working hours being Monday to Friday 9am to 5 30pm where your vehicle can be collected.

If your car is left overnight then this will be at your risk entirely and under no circumstances will the company be liable for any damage to your vehicle howsoever caused.

The registration number on your booking form will be the vehicle that will be authorised to park in our car park however if this is to change you must email the company THREE HOURS BEFORE you travel to register the new vehicle details. A larger vehicle such as a van will be denied access if your parking receipt is for a car. In very exceptional circumstances access may be allowed without furthjer payment. Access will be at the sole discretion of the security officer on duty at the entrance of the car park.  

Unfortunately not. As the ground is only 200 Metres from the car park the facilities available are the ones at the football stadium.

Yes by emailing the company in advance with your vehicle registration number a disabled space will be reserved for you

No. Spaces are generally designated on a first come first served basis. We will provide a parking space within our car park area but cannot guarantee a designated space.However special arrangements could be requested. Please email the company if you have a special requirement and we will do our utmost to assist you.

We are happy to provide a refund for order cancellations if they are made more than 24 hours in advance of any scheduled event. This regrettably will be subject to a 50% administration fee. Reservations submitted for an incorrect date will also be subject to a 50% administration fee. We are unable to provide refunds for events due to start within 24 Hours. Please email the company in the event of a request for cancellation

Any information provided in respect of any booking made with our company is fully protected by strict data protection procedures that will protect any and all information provided to us.

When making a booking with us you agree to allow us to contact you with any offers or updates either by email, phone or otherwise. you may opt out of receiving any information however you will need to make contact with us so as to remove your details from our data base. Please note if you do opt out then in the event you make a further booking you will need to notify us to opt out again.

The company and or any of its personnel whether connected parties or otherwise are in no way liable for any damage, personal damage, loss or theft from a person or vehicle or otherwise howsoever caused to you or your vehicle and or to any person that accompanies you in your vehicle or otherwise.

The person making the booking hereby confirms and accepts that he,she or they will fully indemnify and keep fully indemnified the company and or any of its personnel whether contracted, employed and or otherwise in any way connected with the company, against all costs, charges and expenses howsoever incurred in the event of any issues or claims arising.

By confirming your booking and or paying the entrance fee you are deemed to accept our terms and conditions in their entirety.
